Summary of the results of the thesis: Conducted research on theories related to the content of the thesis. Thereby, conducted a survey of the current status of ISO application in public administration of state administrative agencies in Dong Nai province. On that basis, a system of evaluation criteria was developed according to 05 groups of activities: corrective and preventive actions, internal assessment activities, leadership review activities, quality target setting activities, and improvement activities. Conducted a trial assessment of ISO application in public administration of Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology. At the same time, solutions were proposed to improve the evaluation criteria. 11. Practical applicability: This system of criteria is used to evaluate the effectiveness of ISO application in public administration of state administrative agencies, as a basis for further promoting the effectiveness of application to meet administrative reform. 12.
