Summary of thesis results: The thesis has explored theories related to its content. Based on this, a survey of the current state of ISO application in public administration by state administrative agencies in Dong Nai province has been conducted. A system of evaluation criteria has been developed based on five activity groups: corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, management reviews, quality goal setting, and improvement activities. A pilot evaluation of ISO application in public administration at the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology has been conducted. Solutions for improving the evaluation criteria have also been proposed. 11. Practical application potential: This system of criteria is used to evaluate the effectiveness of ISO application in public administration by state administrative agencies, serving as a basis for further promoting the effectiveness of its application in administrative reform. 12.
