The thesis has made correct and objective assessments of the current state of ethics and moral education of young students in Ninh Binh province in recent years. From that reality, the thesis has applied Ho Chi Minh's thought on revolutionary ethics of youth to the current moral education of high school students in Ninh Binh province in order to train citizens with comprehensively developed personalities, pure ethics, and living with ideals, which is both an urgent and long-term task that requires the attention of the whole society.
