This level of demand for vocational training is expressed in three aspects: The level of awareness of the meaning and importance of vocational training, the identification of the target to satisfy the demand for vocational training and the level of action to master the target to satisfy the demand for vocational training. Specifically: + The awareness of rural youth in the district about the meaning of vocational training is at an average level. If the meaning of vocational training is divided into groups: meaning for themselves, family and society, they tend to learn a trade to satisfy their "ego" more than towards meanings related to family and society. + The target of vocational training of rural youth in the district is very rich and diverse. Most of them tend to escape from farming and towards occupations that are considered "fashionable" and occupations closely linked to the socio-economic development of the locality. Choosing to study a profession that is suitable for the development of the locality is not a strong enough motivation for them to be determined to study and stick with the profession. + The level of action to satisfy the vocational training needs of rural youth in the district is also at an average level. They have not taken actions to satisfy the vocational training needs as an action with the participation of will and the spirit of overcoming difficulties. + The results of practical research on the level of influence of factors on the vocational training needs show that: the "output" factor after completing the vocational training; health, gender, age; trust in vocational training institutions; self-assessment of one's suitability for the profession; friendships; and one's own will are the factors that most influence the vocational training needs, followed by factors related to public opinion, family and factors related to local authorities that have the least influence on their vocational training needs. 11. Practical applicability: - Is one of the bases for localities to develop appropriate policies and guidelines, helping to meet and improve the vocational training needs of rural youth in the district. - Is a practical source of information for career orientation activities in schools as well as for each family. - Helps vocational training institutions have orientation and innovation to better meet the needs of those who have, are and will learn a trade. 12. Further research directions: - Expand the scope of research across Hai Phong city and nationwide. - Further research on the relationship between the manifestations of vocational training needs and the level of influence of factors on the vocational training needs of rural youth. - Forecast trends in vocational training needs of rural youth in the coming years. 13.
