In newly established small businesses, the steps include: determining the basis and foundation for establishing the office department; determining the functions and tasks of the office department; naming the office department; determining the organizational structure and personnel of the office department; making a decision to establish the office department.

Chapter 3: Research on building processes and methods organize activities

of the office department in newly established small businesses     

This chapter focuses on clarifying the process and methods of organizing the operations of the office department in newly established small enterprises, including: developing and promulgating regulations, rules and standard procedures on the operations of the office department; organizing the implementation of the tasks of the office department; checking and evaluating the operations of the office department.
