10. Summary of the thesis results:
During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:
Firstly: To research and introduce the components, content, characteristics, and significance of the collection of foreign investment and overseas investment project documents currently preserved at the Ministry's archives by the Foreign Investment Department. This will affirm the value of these documents in state management, professional work, scientific research, and other applications.
Secondly: To survey the current state of scientific document organization and document preservation at the Foreign Investment Department to support the organization and utilization of this document collection at the Ministry's Archives.
This study examines the current state of document exploitation and utilization at the Ministry's archives within the Foreign Investment Department, focusing on aspects such as regulations on document exploitation and utilization; document exploitation and utilization needs; exploitation methods, target users, number of readers accessing the documents, and the number of files accessed. Based on this, it identifies achievements and shortcomings in the exploitation and utilization of this document collection.
Thirdly: To research, identify, and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing, exploiting, and utilizing documents of the Foreign Investment Department currently stored at the Ministry's archives.
11. Practical applications:
The findings of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference for theoretical research on document exploitation and utilization. The thesis proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and utilizing documents at the Foreign Investment Department's archives. This will help the Ministry's archives focus more on organizing and utilizing this body of documents and provide a basis for developing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of this specialized resource.
Furthermore, this thesis helps to raise awareness among archivists and readers inside and outside the agency about the value of the Foreign Investment Agency's documents, thereby affirming the great professional value and significance of this special collection of documents.
