10. Summary of thesis/project results:
The thesis analyzes the organizational model of producing multimedia press products on the electronic newspaper pages of the press offices of the Vietnam Trade Union, including Lao Dong newspaper, Lao Dong Thu Do newspaper and Lao Dong and Trade Union magazine. At the same time, it considers the role of department management, reporters and technicians in organizing and producing multimedia press products such as text, images, videos, graphics, etc. to meet the information and data exploitation needs of employees. Thereby, the author has pointed out the successes and limitations.
In addition, the thesis also provides some effective solutions and recommendations to improve the efficiency of managing and organizing the production of multimedia press products in press agencies under the Vietnam Trade Union system. The above solutions and recommendations will help journalists and those working in leadership, management of electronic newspapers, and organizing the production of multimedia works better understand the work as well as the necessary requirements to create good and attractive multimedia press works. At the same time, these solutions also help develop multimedia press works in the future, not only in the Trade Union organization but also in the entire Vietnamese press industry.
