10. Summary of thesis/project results:
This thesis analyzes the organizational model for producing multimedia journalistic products on the online platforms of newspapers belonging to the Vietnam Trade Union organization, including the Labor Newspaper, the Capital Labor Newspaper, and the Labor and Trade Union Magazine. It also examines the roles of department managers, reporters, and technicians in organizing and producing multimedia journalistic products such as text, images, videos, and graphics, to meet the information and data exploitation needs of workers and employees. Through this analysis, the author highlights both successes and limitations.
Furthermore, the thesis also proposes several effective solutions and recommendations for improving the efficiency of managing the production of multimedia journalistic products in media agencies under the Vietnam Trade Union system. These solutions and recommendations will help journalists and those involved in the leadership and management of online newspapers and the production of multimedia works to better understand their work and the necessary requirements for creating engaging and high-quality multimedia journalistic works. Simultaneously, these solutions will contribute to the development of multimedia journalistic works in the future, not only within the Trade Union but also throughout the entire Vietnamese journalism industry.

The author hopes that this thesis will serve as a reference for colleagues and researchers in journalism and media, providing useful suggestions and contributions to improve the effectiveness of managing the production of multimedia journalistic products within the Vietnam Trade Union's media system in the future, delivering high-quality journalistic products to the public, especially workers, employees, and laborers.
