Firstly, the thesis has systematized the theoretical basis of satisfaction and the factors influencing tourist satisfaction.The theoretical model of this study contributes to enriching the theoretical framework of tourist satisfaction, particularly with homestay services in Vietnam.
Secondly, the research results have contributed to..."identify the influencing factorsdynamics, the extent to which they affect tourist satisfaction."inlandRegarding homestay services in Ba Be National Park, this thesis offers several recommendations and suggestions to help improve tourist satisfaction.
11. Practical applications:
The thesis is an essential reference document not only for state tourism management agencies but also for businesses involved in tourism.homestay services in Ba BeIt also serves as a reference document for relevant parties.
12. Future research directions:
Firstly, the research scope should be expanded to include both domestic and international tourists visiting Vietnam to gain a comprehensive view and compare the differences between customer segments.
Secondly, the research scope should be expanded to other destinations that also offer homestay services in particular, and tourism services in general.

Through the research, the thesis has achieved the following main results:
First, the thesis has systematized the theoretical basis of satisfaction and factors affecting tourist satisfaction. The theoretical model of the topic contributes to enriching the theoretical model system of tourist satisfaction, especially for homestay services in Vietnam.
Second, the research results have contributed to identifying the factors affecting and the level of their influence on the satisfaction of domestic tourists with homestay services in Ba Be National Park. From there, the thesis gives some recommendations and proposals to contribute to improving tourist satisfaction.
11. Practical applicability, if any:
The thesis is a necessary reference document not only for public management agencies on tourism, homestay service businesses in Ba Be but also a reference document for related subjects.

First, aim to expand the research object to both domestic and international tourists to Vietnam to have a comprehensive view and compare the differences between customer segments.
Second, expand the research scope to other destinations that also do homestay business in particular and tourism business in general.
