10. Summary of project results:
This study presents an overview of domestic and international research on intervention and therapy for young women with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. It covers fundamental aspects such as the concept, risk factors, and factors contributing to obsessive-compulsive disorder. Simultaneously, the study discusses assessment and intervention methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and problem-solving skills, to support clients. Intervention results show that clients experienced a reduction in negative self-thoughts, increased emotional regulation, improved ability to maintain and establish social relationships, and a reduction in obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
11. Practical application:Based on the results obtained through theoretical and practical research in clinical case intervention, this thesis has contributed further evidence to the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral approach in psychological support for difficulties related to obsessive-compulsive disorder. At the same time, the limitations of this thesis also provide new practitioners with lessons to improve the effectiveness of future therapy.

The study presents an overview of domestic and foreign research on the issue of Intervention and therapy for young women with obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms. The study presented basic research content on this issue such as concepts, risks, factors maintaining difficult situations in obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms symptoms. At the same time, the study discussed assessment and intervention methods, including cognitive behavioral solutions and problem solving skills to support clients. The results of the intervention for clients reduced negative thoughts about themselves, increased the ability to regulate personal emotions and improved the ability to maintain and establish social relationships, reducing obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms.

Practical applicability, if any:From the results obtained, through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical intervention, the thesis has contributed more evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral approach in psychological support for difficult problems related to obsessive-compulsive disorder.
