The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of the organization and operation of the Office and the functions, tasks, and position of the offices of state administrative agencies and organizations. In this chapter, the author also presents some concepts about the office, the position, functions, and tasks of the office, the concept of comprehensive advisory services, the significance of comprehensive advisory work, and the requirements when carrying out comprehensive advisory work in the operation of the Office.

Chapter 2. The author delves into the current state of the organization and implementation of the comprehensive advisory function of the Academy's Office, analyzing and evaluating the achievements and shortcomings in the organization and implementation of this function at the National Academy of Public Administration's Office.

Chapter 3.
