The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1: Theoretical basis of Party committee offices and advisory and synthesis work serving Party committees.

Chapter 2: Analysis of the current state of advisory and synthesis activities of the Party Committee Office for Overseas Affairs during the period 2010-2015.

Chapter 3: Proposing key solutions to improve the organizational and operational functions of the Overseas Party Committee Office in providing advice and coordination.

12. Practical applications:

The research findings of this project can be used as research and reference material to help the Standing Committee and the Party Committee's Executive Board to promote strengths, overcome limitations and shortcomings, and on that basis propose tasks and solutions to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of their work.
