Chapter 3: Proposing key solutions to improve the organization of staff and synthesis activities of the Overseas Party Committee Office.

The research results of the topic can be used as research and reference materials to help the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee promote strengths, overcome limitations and shortcomings, and on that basis propose tasks and solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of work.
