Chapter 1. Simultaneously, the chapter outlines the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs.

Chapter 2. The author delves into the current state of electronic record keeping, analyzing and identifying the reasons for the limitations in electronic record keeping at the Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs.

Chapter 3. The author proposes the development and implementation of a process and method for creating electronic records to ensure the effective implementation of electronic record-keeping at the Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs, overcoming existing limitations.
