11. Summary of thesis results:
1) Research the theory of friendly libraries and present the characteristics of primary education in Hanoi City, the characteristics of primary school libraries in the capital in the context of happy schools today, meeting the requirements of general education innovation, contributing to the development of comprehensive capacity and improving reading culture for students.
2) Based on the constituent elements of a friendly library in a general school, the thesis focuses on surveying and researching the current situation of randomly and objectively selected samples at a number of friendly libraries in primary schools in Hanoi. Specifically, with issues ranging from organizational structure, policies, organization of resources to activities: planning, layout in the library, color coding, forms of friendly library organization, extracurricular activities to coordination and participation between stakeholders.
3) Through the results of comparison between survey samples, with SWOT analysis, the thesis has evaluated and found out the shortcomings that still exist in some schools; from there, it is used as a basis to propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of organizing and operating friendly libraries in primary schools in Hanoi city, properly implementing the policies and mottos of the general library career of the Hanoi Education sector.“Standardized - Friendly - Modern to meet international integration”.
12. Practical application:
The results of practical research from experimental samples at a number of primary schools representing the inner city and suburbs of Hanoi, together with groups of solutions, will be reference documents to help education managers at the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Education and Training, school leaders, and library teachers to develop policies to promote, widely and synchronously implement solutions to improve the effectiveness of organization and operation of friendly libraries in primary schools in Hanoi City in particular and primary schools across the country in general.

11. A Summary of the thesis' results:
1) Theoretical research on sustainable libraries and presenting the characteristics of elementary education in Hanoi as well as Hanoi's elementary schools' libraries considering the current trend of school promoting students' wellness, fulfilling the demand for reformations of K-12 education, contributing to develop students' overall capability and reading culture.
2) On the basis of elements that form sustainable libraries in elementary and secondary schools, the thesis focuses on surveying and analyzing the current situations of randomly chosen and objective samples at some sustainable libraries in Hanoi's primary schools. unusual, the thesis looks into issues ranging from organizing structure, policies, resources management to activities such as, library planning arrangement, color code classification, organizational methods of sustainable libraries, extra curricular activities, as well as the coordination of stakeholders.
3) By comparing and contrasting the samples, along with a SWOT analysis, the thesis has evaluated and found out some existing problems at the schools, based on which to offer solutions in order to enhance the efficiency of organizing and operating sustainable libraries in Hanoi's elementary schools. The thesis follows the exact motto and directions of promoting school libraries according to Hanoi's educational goals “Standardized - Sustainable - Modern towards international integration”.

Empirical research results and groups of solutions from the sample of many representative elementary schools in Hanoi and the suburban areas can be used asreference for educationsupervising officerat Departmentsand Divisions of Education and Trainingbigput forthnew proposalsthatwill promote, widelyapply,andsynchronizethe models to improve the efficiency of organizing and operatingsustainable libraries in elementary schools not only in Hanoi but also nationally.
