11. Summary of the thesis results:
1) Conduct theoretical research on friendly libraries and present the characteristics of primary education in Hanoi, the characteristics of primary school libraries in the capital city within the context of the current happy school model, meeting the requirements of general education reform, contributing to the comprehensive development of students' abilities and enhancing their reading culture.
2) Based on the constituent elements of a friendly library in secondary schools, this thesis focuses on surveying and researching the current state of randomly and objectively selected samples of friendly libraries in primary schools in Hanoi. Specifically, it examines issues ranging from organizational structure, policies, and resource allocation to activities such as planning, library layout, color coding, forms of friendly library organization, extracurricular activities, and the coordination and participation of stakeholders.
3) Through the results of comparing and contrasting survey samples with SWOT analysis, the thesis has assessed and identified existing shortcomings in some schools; thereby providing a basis for proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of organizing and operating friendly libraries in primary schools in Hanoi, in accordance with the policies and principles of the Hanoi Education Department's general library work."Standardized - Friendly - Modern to meet international integration requirements".
12. Practical applications:
The results of practical research from pilot programs at several representative primary schools in both the inner and outer areas of Hanoi, along with proposed solutions, will serve as a reference document to help education administrators at the Department of Education and Training, District Education and Training Offices, school leaders, and library teachers formulate policies to promote, widely implement, and synchronously improve the effectiveness of organizing and operating friendly libraries in primary schools in Hanoi in particular and primary schools nationwide in general.

11. A Summary of the thesis' results:
1) Theoretical research on sustainable libraries and presenting the characteristics of elementary education in Hanoi as well as Hanoi's elementary schools' libraries considering the current trend of school promoting students' wellness, fulfilling the demand for reformations of K-12 education, contributing to develop students' overall capability and reading culture.
2) On the basis of elements that form sustainable libraries in elementary and secondary schools, the thesis focuses on surveying and analyzing the current situations of randomly chosen and objective samples at some sustainable libraries in Hanoi's primary schools. specific, the thesis looks into issues ranging from organizing structure, policies, resources management to activities such as, library planning arrangement, color code classification, organizational methods of sustainable libraries, extra curricular activities, as well as the coordination of stakeholders.
3) By comparing and contrasting the samples, along with a SWOT analysis, the thesis has evaluated and found out some existing problems at the schools, based on which to offer solutions in order to enhance the efficiency of organizing and operating sustainable libraries in Hanoi's elementary schools. The thesis follows the exact motto and directions of promoting school libraries according to Hanoi's educational goals “Standardized - Sustainable - Modern towards international integration”.
