10. Summary of the thesis results:
In theory:
Suicidal thought is defined as “thoughts that give rise to behavior directed toward ending one’s own life.” In ICD 10, suicidal thought, also known as suicidal ideation, has the code R45.851, relating to unusual thoughts or preoccupations with suicide. The range of suicidal thought is wide, from fleeting thoughts to deep, detailed planning, rehearsed (e.g., standing on a chair with a noose around one's neck), and unsuccessful attempts, which may be deliberately failed or discovered; or entirely intended to end death, but ultimately the individual survives (e.g., in the case of a hanging where the noose breaks).
InformationThrough a case study, this research presents a method for assessing and intervening in cases of adolescent suicidal ideation based on self-control theory and cognitive-behavioral family theory. It applies these theories and therapeutic methods, and evaluates the effectiveness of the theories based on a real-life case.
In practical terms:
The research results show that the bodyThe owner responded well to therapy, suicidal thoughts decreased, and they connected better with their family.
11. Practical applications:
Based on the results obtained from theoretical and practical research, this thesis has presented...Applying the theories of autonomy and cognitive-behavioral family theory, two theories that are still relatively new in Vietnam, to the treatment of suicidal ideation in adolescents.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Theoretically:
Suicidal ideas are defined as "thoughts that initiate behavior towards the end of someone's life." In ICD 10, suicidal thoughts, also known as suicidal thoughts, have the code R45. 851, involves unusual thoughts or concerns about suicide. The scope of suicidal thoughts is broad, from fleeting thoughts, to extensive thoughts, to detailed planning, stereotyping (eg, standing on a chair dangling around your neck) and attempts. failed, possibly due to being deliberately failed or discovered; or purposefully aimed at death, but ultimately the individual survives (for example, in the case of hanging by a rope breaking).
Through a case study, this study presents how to evaluate and interfere in the case of adolescent children with suicidal ideas based on self-determination theory and cognitive-behavioral family theory, appliedtheoryand therapy methods, evaluating the effectiveness of the theory based on a real case.
In practical terms:
Research results show that clients respond well to therapy, have less suicidal thoughts, and have better connections with their families.
11. Practical applicability in practice:
With the results obtained from the theoretical and practical research process, the thesis has applied the theory of autonomy and the cognition - behavior family theory, two relatively new theories in Vietnam, sinceSuicide idea therapy for adolescents.
