Based on a theoretical framework regarding the concepts of messaging on protecting workers' rights on television, this thesis researches and surveys the current state of messaging on workers' rights protection on local television; evaluating the successes and limitations of this form of communication. From this, it proposes specific recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of this communication method on television in general and on local television of the selected stations surveyed.

This thesis provides a database of information on current television messages regarding the protection of workers' rights for individuals, research institutions, and media management agencies. The thesis affirms the role, position, and importance of television in participating in the protection of workers' rights. It also clarifies the most basic creative methods and approaches for conveying messages on workers' rights on local television broadcasts. Through this thesis, media and television management agencies will gain insight into the current state of messages on workers' rights protection on local television broadcasts, enabling them to take appropriate corrective measures.
