The poverty reduction policy recently has been bringing a prosperous life for the people. However, the implementation of this policy, there are no further impact to the sustainable development of the region should have the means to help people raise the level of awareness, create jobs and apply science and technology to production to poverty reduction and to help develop regional sustainability.
