10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis approaches a relatively new research direction in the field of journalism and media, namely "corporate communication." Based on research by renowned scholars in the field worldwide and building upon the research of domestic scholars, the author focuses on analyzing the issue of "Communication Organization Models," with FPT Group as the specific research subject. Accordingly, the thesis examines and analyzes communication activities from two perspectives: model (organizational structure) and operation (the effectiveness of the model's operation).

This thesis presents several practical communication models of large economic corporations worldwide. Based on these, it constructs and analyzes the communication model of FPT Group. Currently, FPT Group's communication activities, while considered professional and effective, still face several challenges. Within the framework of this thesis, these issues are clearly identified through an analysis of both the model and its operational effectiveness.

The thesis also offers fundamental recommendations to improve and enhance the effectiveness of FPT Group's communication model. In addition, the author proposes an optimal model that can be applied to businesses and corporations in Vietnam.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis approaches journalism – communication under a new aspect which is “corporate communication”. With reference to related literature of well-known scholars worldwide as well as studies of Vietnamese scholars, the author chose to study the operational model of FPT communication system by taking an insight into its organizational structure and how it is operated.

By learning operational models of the world's leading economic corporations, the researcher clearly points out existing issues in the FPT corporate communication system which has been seen as a professional and effective communication model in Vietnam.

The thesis also suggests some possible solutions in order to improve the effectiveness of FPT communication activities. Furthermore, the writer also proposes an idea of ​​a communication model applicable to Vietnamese enterprises.
