10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis approaches a fairly new research direction in the field of journalism and communication, which is “corporate communication”. Based on the research works of famous scholars in the field around the world and inheriting the research of domestic scholars, the author has focused on analyzing the issue of “Organizational model of communication activities” with the specific research object being FPT Corporation. Accordingly, the thesis has examined and analyzed communication activities from two perspectives: model (organizational structure) and activity (operational efficiency of the model).
The thesis presents many practical communication models of large economic groups in the world, on that basis, builds a model and analyzes the communication operation model of FPT Corporation. Currently, although the communication activities of FPT Corporation are assessed as professional and effective, there are still many problems. Within the framework of the thesis, these problems have been clearly stated through the analysis of both the model and the effectiveness of operations.
The thesis also provides basic recommendations to contribute to the completion and improvement of the effectiveness of the FPT Corporation's communication operation model. In addition, the author has proposed an optimal model that can be used as a reference for businesses and corporations in Vietnam.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis approaches journalism – communication under a new aspect which is “corporate communication”. With reference to related literature of well-known scholars worldwide as well as studies of Vietnamese scholars, the author chose to study the operational model of FPT communication system by taking an insight into its organizational structure and how it is operated.
By learning operational models of the world's leading economic corporations, the researcher clearly points out existing issues in the FPT corporate communication system which has been seen as a professional and effective communication model in Vietnam.
The thesis also suggests some possible solutions in order to improve the effectiveness of FPT communication activities. Furthermore, the writer also proposes an idea of a communication model applicable to Vietnamese enterprises.
