The research topic on the use of pronouns in the office environment at the Military Medical Academy not only clarifies the typical form of address in the office environment, contributes to supplementing the theory of studying the system of pronouns in Vietnamese, but also systematically analyzes and describes the characteristics of the structure of pronouns and the characteristics of word classes of pronouns in the office environment at this Military Medical Academy.
With that approach and with the results of the survey on the ways of addressing in actual language use, the thesis contributes to clarifying the principle of social regulation, not only for written language but also for spoken language: Addressing in language is a cultural and linguistic event, not just a purely linguistic phenomenon, influenced by cultural and socio-psychological factors, associated with social classes, communities, styles, and specific communication situations.
12. Practical application (if any)
The thesis contributes to the establishment of standards for addressing in office communication, and also contributes to the teaching of the class of addressing words in Vietnamese. Through this research, we hope to be able to provide a source of materials for compiling documents on sociolinguistics, as well as compiling a dictionary of addressing words in the office environment at the Military Medical Academy in particular and addressing words in Vietnamese in general.

Analyze and study the terms of address in specific communication environments to see the important role of terms of address in the relationship between linguistics and cultural studies.

The thesis is about using vocative words in the office communication at Vietnam Military Medical University. It not only clarifies the method of vocative words quite typical in office environment, contributes to supplementing the theory of research of Vietnamese vocative words system, but also analyzes and describes characteristics of vocative words structure and characteristics of the type of class from vocative works at Vietnam Military Medical University.
With this approach and the results of the survey, the thesis contributes to further clarifying the principle of social regulation, not only for written language but also for spoken language.: vocative language is language characteristic of culture, not just a linguistic phenomenon. It is influenced by cultural and psychosocial factors, associated with the social classes, speech communities, specific styles and communication situations.

The thesis contributes to the introduction of vocative standards in public communication, and also contributes to the teaching of vocative words in Vietnamese. With this study, we hope that we can provide resources in the compilation of social linguistic materials, as well as the compilation of dictionaries from the vocabularies in the office environment at the Academy.
