Summary of thesis results: Using qualitative methods with fundamental theories, the thesis entitled "Management of 'Freelance Tour Guides' Operating in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province Today" systematically selects concepts, content, and criteria for evaluating the quality of tour guides from state tourism management agencies, tourism businesses, and tourism training institutions in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, and the factors influencing the management of the quality of the "freelance" tour guide workforce.”in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.
