- Chapter 2. Survey and evaluation of the promotion of the value of archival documents preserved at the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center.

The content of Chapter 2 presents an overview of the City Records and Archives Department and the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center and the results of a survey of the current situation and measures to promote the value of archival documents at the Hanoi City Historical Archives Center. On that basis, the author has objective comments and assessments on the advantages, limitations and causes of the existence of promoting the value of archival documents. This is also the basis for the author to propose a number of solutions to promote the value of archival documents in Chapter 3.
