This thesis systematizes the theoretical basis and some concepts related to the topic "Border Guard Journalism's Propaganda on the Cause of Border Protection"; surveys the content, form, and analyzes the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda on the cause of border protection in Border Guard newspapers, the Border Security supplement, and the Border Guard online newspaper.

The research findings have contributed to affirming the role of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism, particularly border guard journalism, in disseminating information about border protection. Simultaneously, the study assesses the current situation, identifies successes and limitations, pinpoints the causes, and proposes solutions to improve the quality of border protection propaganda in border guard journalism in the future.
