- The result of the process of linking knowledge management with human resource management is to build an organization with dynamic employees, working through knowledge sharing, and highly adaptable in the era of integration and digital transformation.
- Through the survey, it shows that most leaders of magazine agencies have grasped the information as well as basic knowledge about digital transformation. From there, steps have been taken to build a newsroom that develops in a multimedia direction. Gradually train a team of reporters with ethical qualities according to journalistic standards, good journalistic expertise, and the skills to use technology in their work to create multimedia press products to serve the increasing needs of readers in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.
