The research clarified the theoretical basis and assessed the current status of digital technology application in the management and use of teaching and learning equipment at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, thereby pointing out some limitations that need to be improved such as: investment policy to upgrade the management system, management software and skills in using technology in the management and use of teaching and learning equipment.
Based on the analysis of the current situation, the project has developed groups of solutions to enhance the effectiveness of digital technology application in the management and use of teaching and learning equipment, including: a group of solutions to supplement and improve the process of management and use of teaching and learning equipment, promote technological solutions and automation in each process; a group of solutions on investment policies; a group of solutions to improve the capacity and qualifications of staff, lecturers and students.
These are groups of solutions that are suitable for practice and completely feasible to implement. Applying the solutions proposed in the topic can help optimize the management process and the efficiency of using teaching and learning equipment; promote the quality of management and education; help staff, lecturers and students access to innovations in technology of the 4.0 era.
11. Practical application:
Through theoretical research, survey and assessment of the current status of management and use of teaching and learning equipment at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the topic recommends that educational institutions refer to and apply the proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of digital technology application in management and use of teaching and learning equipment, as well as improve management efficiency and training quality of universities in Vietnam.
12. Further research directions:This study has not yet explored and evaluated the technological conversion capability of teaching and learning equipment as well as the application of new technology software. Therefore, further in-depth studies are needed.
