10. Summarize the results of the thesis/project:
The restructuring process of the electronic publications of Vietnam Law Newspaper (PLVN) has yielded several results, most notably in three key areas: management, content, and human resources. This change is thanks to the application of modern technology, improved production processes, and the development of a versatile workforce that effectively meets the needs of readers in the digital age.Firstly, the newspaper's management capacity has significantly improved through training and human resource development activities. The editorial board focuses on enhancing the management skills of its staff, enabling them to operate more efficiently. Thanks to the application of modern management technology, the news production process has been optimized, significantly reducing the editing time that previously often resulted in delays. Secondly, the application of modern technology has created major changes in how content is managed and readers interact. Big data analytics technology has been implemented to analyze public reading trends, helping the newspaper adjust and develop content to suit actual needs. This helps PLVN Newspaper not only meet but also predict the preferences and behavior of its readers. In addition, the editorial board has tested and applied the Base work and personnel management software, making the process of obtaining press credentials for journalists and reporters quick, convenient, and highly efficient in newsroom operations.
In terms of content and format, the online publications of PLVN Newspaper have been improved to be concise and easy to understand while still ensuring quality and accuracy. Beyond simply reporting news, the newspaper focuses on in-depth analysis and commentary, providing readers with a multifaceted perspective on legal issues. In particular, articles are now integrated with multimedia elements such as high-quality video, audio, and images, increasing their appeal and vibrancy, creating a fresh experience for readers. The newspaper also emphasizes interactive features, allowing readers to comment, share opinions, and even participate in discussions related to articles, fostering a strong connection with the readership community.
Finally, workforce restructuring is a key highlight that helps the PLVN Newspaper team become more flexible and versatile. With the increasing demand for online content, the newspaper has prioritized recruiting and training employees with high digital skills. The shift from a traditional newspaper model to digital journalism requires employees to not only perform one specialized job but also to multitask, from content editing to graphic design, filming, video editing, and social media management.
The work culture of newspapers is also changing, with departments working closely together to produce multimedia journalistic products. Collaboration and creativity have become key elements, helping teams adapt quickly to the demands of the modern journalistic environment.
