10. Summary of thesis/project results:
The restructuring of the electronic publications of the Vietnam Law Newspaper (PLVN) has brought about some results, most notably in three important aspects: administration, content and human resources. This change is thanks to the application of modern technology, improved production processes and the building of a multi-talented workforce, well meeting the needs of readers in the digital age.
First, the newspaper's management capacity has been significantly improved through training and human resource development activities. The editorial board focuses on improving the management skills of the team, helping them operate more effectively. Thanks to the application of modern management technology, the news production process has been optimized, significantly reducing the editing time that used to be delayed. Next, the application of modern technology has created major changes in the way content is managed and interacted with readers. Big Data analysis technology is deployed to analyze the public's newspaper reading trends, helping the newspaper adjust and develop content to suit actual needs. This helps PLVN Newspaper not only meet but also predict the interests and behaviors of readers. In addition, the editorial board has tested and applied Base work and personnel management software, helping the process of applying for a Letter of Introduction for journalists and reporters become quick, convenient, and highly effective in operating the editorial office.
In terms of content and form, the electronic publications of PLVN Newspaper have been improved to be concise and easy to understand while still ensuring quality and accuracy. Not only simply reporting news, the newspaper also focuses on in-depth analysis and commentary, helping readers have a multi-dimensional view of legal issues. In particular, the articles in the newspaper have been integrated with multimedia such as high-quality videos, sounds and images, increasing attractiveness and vividness, creating a new experience for readers. The newspaper also focuses on interactive features, allowing readers to comment, share opinions, and even participate in discussions related to the articles, helping to create a close connection with the reader community.
Finally, restructuring the workforce is an important highlight to help PLVN Newspaper’s team become more flexible and versatile. With the increasing demand for online content, the newspaper has prioritized recruiting and training employees with high digital skills. The shift from a traditional newspaper model to an online newspaper requires employees to do not only one specialized job but also multitask, from content editing to graphic design, filming, video editing and social media management.
The newspaper’s working culture has also changed, with departments working closely together to produce multimedia journalism products. Collaboration and creativity have become key factors, helping the team adapt quickly to the demands of the modern journalism environment.
