10. Summary of the thesis results:
Despite limited research time and a lack of available research materials, the thesis has essentially achieved its objectives through a combination of theoretical approaches and practical surveys. The thesis results are as follows:
1. Chapter I of the thesis clarified the concepts related to the research topic, including: the concept of television, television programs, and television news programs. The thesis also analyzed the role and position of television news programs in the local television program system; and the general criteria for television news programs of the surveyed stations.
2. In Chapter 2, through a practical survey of television news programs broadcast by Bac Lieu and Hau Giang Radio and Television Stations from June 2018 to June 2019; and research on the opinions of viewers, managers, and journalists in the area regarding the quality of television news programs on Bac Lieu and Hau Giang Radio and Television Stations, the thesis evaluates and analyzes the current situation, clarifies the causes of strengths and weaknesses, and identifies issues that need to be addressed.
3. Based on the issues raised, Chapter 3 of the thesis has put forward some recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of news programs on television broadcasts of Bac Lieu and Hau Giang Radio and Television Stations. The main goal is to make television news programs increasingly rich in content, diverse in presentation, and meet the information needs of viewers.

Despite the research period is limited, the materials for research are not much, the thesis has basically completed the proposed objectives by approaching theory and practical surveys. The thesis results are:
1. Chapter 1 of the thesis has clarified the concepts related to reseach topics, including: the concept of television, television programs, television news programs, thesis also analyzes the role, the position of the TV News program in the local television program system: the general criteria for the TV News program of the Survey stations.
2. In Chapter 2, through the actual survey of TV news programs of Bac Lieu and Hau Giang Radio – Television from June 2018 to June 2019; research the opinions of audiences, managers, journalists in the area about the quality of the News program broadcast on Radio – Television Bac Lieu and Hau Giang. Thesis canducted assessment, analysis of the current situation, clarifying the causes of missing points, limitations and raised problems.
3. From the raised issues, Chapter 3 of the thesis has given a number of recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of the News program on television waves of Bac Lieu and Hau Giang Radio and Television Station. The main goal is to make the TV News show more and more rich in content, diverse forms of expression, to meet the information needs of the audience.
