The research results have shown the current situation of tourists' trust in online tourism businesses. The research shows that the trust problem between customers and online tourism businesses is at an average level. Businesses need to improve service quality as well as find reputable suppliers to be able to gain customers' trust.
The results of the analysis of factors affecting tourists' trust in online tourism businesses show that the website/app interface factor has the greatest impact on customers' trust. In addition, factors such as business reputation, product information quality, transaction safety, electronic word of mouth, and previous similar shopping experiences also have some impact on customers' trust in online tourism businesses.
11. Practical application
The research results are a reliable source of input data for strategies and plans to help online tourism businesses have more information to improve customer trust. From there, solutions and plans are proposed to create products and programs to improve business efficiency in e-commerce and increase tourists' trust in tourism e-commerce businesses, thereby increasing the attractiveness of the Vietnamese tourism trade market.
