SVVN - Le Thi Nhu Huong (born in 2004) is a third-year student majoring in Journalism at the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH). From a girl from a rural province with many ambitions, Nhu Huong boldly moved to the capital to pursue her passion, overcoming many challenges to achieve outstanding academic results. Behind these successes is the unwavering love and encouragement from her hometown, family, and loved ones, helping her to break through and develop her talents.

After two weeks of experiencing learning activities, practical work, and exploring Vietnamese culture and landmarks with lecturers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), the participants of the 2024 training course on Vietnamese language teaching methods for Vietnamese teachers abroad have further cultivated their love for their mother tongue, thereby spreading the Vietnamese language to countries around the world.

On December 27, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) made a significant mark in digitalized teaching by officially approving and launching MOOCs (Mobile Open Online Courses) for the Basic Informatics course. This is a strategic step towards modernizing education, enhancing the learning experience, and equipping students with the necessary technological knowledge and skills in the digital age.

This information was shared at the scientific workshop "Gathering opinions on the scientific content of the draft of the Ninh Thuan Gazetteer" organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology of Ninh Thuan province on December 25, 2024 in Hanoi.

The international scientific conference "Research and Teaching of Vietnamese Studies and the Vietnamese Language in a Cross-Cultural Context," jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, on the morning of December 21, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, attracted the participation of many prestigious scientists from Vietnam and abroad.

This morning, December 21, 2024, 92 new Master's graduates and 22 new Doctoral graduates from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) proudly received their diplomas.

On December 19, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), in collaboration with the Oesol Foundation and SJ Tech Vietnam, awarded scholarships to 9 students majoring in Korean Studies.

On December 18, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held the "2024 Outstanding Young People Award Ceremony at the Institutional Level" to commend, recognize, and honor young staff members, students, and trainees who have achieved outstanding results in the emulation movement of learning, teaching, scientific research, administrative work, and community service.

In 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) successfully met and exceeded its postgraduate enrollment targets with 335 master's students and 176 doctoral candidates across 36 master's programs and 31 doctoral programs.
