On February 6, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held a meeting with the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School in Hanoi regarding the training of intermediate-level political theory courses for the university's staff in the 2024-2025 academic year.

That was the message Rector Hoang Anh Tuan wanted to convey to all staff and lecturers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) at the Lunar New Year greeting meeting on February 3, 2025 – the first day back to work after the holiday.

To help students use generative AI effectively and responsibly in content creation, learning, research, and entrepreneurship, within the framework of the Project to Enhance the Application Capacity of Generative AI for Faculty and Students, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, in collaboration with Meta Group, is organizing the first completely free course on Gen AI with the theme "Gen Z Mastering Gen AI - A Bright Future" for students.

The Information and Library Science field is not only a gateway to an endless treasure trove of knowledge but also plays a crucial role in managing and utilizing information in the digital age. With the development of technology and artificial intelligence, this field of study is becoming increasingly important, requiring high-quality, flexible, and creative human resources.

This was the shared affirmation of the leaders of the two universities at a meeting and working session held on the morning of January 18, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH).

On January 17, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Tam Dao District to cooperate in the research, preservation, and promotion of national cultural heritage values.
