10. Summary of thesis results:
During the process of implementing the topic, my thesis achieved the following basic results:
-One is,Survey and analyze the composition, content and value of archival documents formed in the activities of Tax Branches;
-Second,Assess the current situation of organization of exploitation and use of archival documents at Tax Departments (through a field survey at some Tax Departments of Hanoi city); thereby pointing out the basic causes leading to ineffective organization of exploitation and use of archival documents.
-Third,Propose some solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing the exploitation and use of archival documents at Tax Departments in general and Tax Departments of Hanoi city in particular.
The structure of the thesis consists of three chapters:
Chapter 1: Components, contents and values of documents stored at Tax Departments.
The content of this chapter focuses on introducing the general content and components of the types of documents formed in the activities of Tax Departments and their value for local tax management.
Chapter 2: Current status of organization, exploitation and use of archival documents at Tax Departments through a survey at some Tax Departments of Hanoi City.
In this chapter, the thesis systematizes the current regulations of the State, the Ministry of Finance in general and the regulations of the tax sector in particular on the organization, exploitation and use of archival documents. On that basis, it surveys and evaluates the current situation of the organization, exploitation and use of archival documents at some Tax Departments in Hanoi City.
Chapter 3: Solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and exploiting archival documents at Tax Departments.
Through a survey of the current status of organization, exploitation and use of documents at some Tax Departments of Hanoi City, the thesis comments on the advantages and shortcomings, analyzes the causes of the shortcomings and proposes 07 solutions to improve the effectiveness of organization, exploitation and use of documents at Tax Departments.
11. Practical applicability: The research results of the topic have proposed a number of solutions to contribute to improving the efficiency of organizing, exploiting and using archival documents at Tax Departments. The topic also provides a list of systematized and arranged document components for Tax Departments to refer to when developing document classification plans for their agencies. In addition, the thesis can become a reference material for students and practitioners in the field of Archival Studies and Office Administration when researching this field.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
After the long term process of the implementation with the subject, my thesis has achieved the following basic results:
- Firstly, the thesis is carried out to research a system of theoretical basis on organization, exploitation and utilization of archives
- Secondly, the thesis has examined the current situation of documents at District Tax Department, the operating organization and the usage of archives at the District Tax Department to underline causes that lead to the ineffective exploitation and utilization of archives.
- Thirdly, the thesis proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of organization, exploitation and utilization of archives at District Tax Departments.
The thesis is structured into 3 main chapters.
Chapter 1: The components, content and the value of archived documents at District Tax Department.
The content of chapter 1 is to introduce the main points and the types of documents which are formed during the process of District Tax Department's operation and its value applied to the management of local taxes.
Chapter 2: Current situation of organization, exploitation and utilization of archives at District Tax Deparment
The main content of chapter 2 refers to the system of current regulations of the government or the Ministry of Finance in general and the tax provisions about the organization, exploitation and utilization of archives in particular. The result is gained according to the survey result to assess organization, exploitation and utilization of archives at District Tax Deparments in Hanoi.
Chapter 3: Solutions to enhance the effectiveness of organization, exploitation and utilization of archives at District Tax Deparment
Through the survey about the situation of the organization, exploitation of materials used in some tax divisions in Hanoi, the thesis points out strength, weakness and also the causes of the current situation. elaborate, the thesis offers 7 applicable solutions to improve the efficiency of the organization, operation and the usage of documents at the District Tax Department.
12. Practical applicability:
Results of the research study have contributed some solutions to enlarge the efficiency of the organization, operation and the usage of archives at the District Tax Department. The thesis also provides a system of refereces arranged in a scientific order, which helps District Tax Department consult ideas of making plans to sort documents for different agencies. On the other hand, the thesis can become an effective reference for students and practitioners in Archival Science major to research more about this field.
