10. Summary of the thesis results:
Through a case study methodology involving long-term longitudinal follow-up, the use of diagnostic support tests, and evaluation of treatment effectiveness in adolescent patients, I have drawn the following conclusions:
In my clinical practice, family intervention plays a crucial role in helping clients heal psychological wounds, especially when the root cause of their problems stems from family issues. Therefore, the cooperation of the young client's family during the intervention and therapy process is extremely important. However, during the sessions, meeting with both parents is challenging. This may stem from cultural factors in Vietnamese families where the mother is primarily responsible for caring for her child's health; consequently, in most sessions, I only work with the client's mother. This also somewhat affects the effectiveness of the therapy process.
Another factor I noticed when implementing interventions for clinical cases is that having clients rate their emotions before and after each session made them feel less enthusiastic about participating in the activity.
The patient is of school age, and their main activity is studying, so the activities that would make them happier and more active are limited and uninteresting. The patient tends to avoid familiar tasks when transitioning to a new skill or task.
Furthermore, therapists are limited by time and therefore cannot closely monitor this, which affects the effectiveness of therapy. The structure of therapy sessions is not truly balanced or engaging enough to attract patient participation and does not create a sense of need or desire in the children to participate.
Despite the difficulties and challenges encountered during the clinical trial, I observed positive changes in the client during therapy. In particular, counseling skills such as listening, providing feedback, and demonstrating empathy in addressing the client's issues made the client feel more comfortable and at ease. Cognitive and behavioral therapy activities helped the client restructure their thinking and engage in more practical activities in their daily lives, leading to improved mental and emotional well-being. This was evident in the improvement of symptoms such as sadness and fatigue, a brighter complexion, and the ability to smile socially, reflecting the client's satisfaction after the therapy.

10. Summary of these results:
By conducting case studies, long-term follow-up, using diagnostic tests and assessing treatment effects in adolescent patients. I draw the following conclusion:
In the case of a clinical case, family factor therapy plays an important role in assisting clients to heal their wounds. Especially when part of the problem of the client comes from family factor. Therefore, the cooperation of young families in treatment interventions for clients plays a very important role. However, during the shift, there are difficulties for parents to meet all parents. This may be due to the cultural factor in Vietnamese families that mothers are more responsible for their children's health care, so most of the sessions I can only work with my mother. of the customer. This also partially affects the effectiveness of the treatment process.
Another factor when doing the intervention for the clinical case was that the client scored emotionally before and after each session, making the client not really interested in conducting the above activity.
The client is of school age, the main activity is learning so activities that make him happier, more active are poor and do not have much interest. Patients tend not to do old tasks when transitioning to a new skill and having to perform new tasks.
Besides, the therapist is also limited in time so he has not closely checked this result in affecting the effectiveness of therapy. The structure of the sessions was not really symmetrical and attractive to attract the participation of patients, did not create many needs that felt necessary to do in the children.
Although there are difficulties and obstacles during the above clinical practice, I basically see the positive changes of the client during the procedure. especially when consulting skills such as listening, giving feedback, or showing empathy when dealing with client issues make the client feel more comfortable and comfortable. Cognitive and behavioral activities help the client to restructure their thoughts and help them to have more honest activities in their daily life, which helps the client's spirit and emotions. more comfortable. This is clearly shown when the symptoms of sadness, fatigue of the client are somewhat improved, the mood on the client's face is fresher, when contacting the client, he saw that he had social smiles. This association demonstrates client satisfaction after treatment.
11. Practical applicability:
With the results obtained from theoretical and practical research on a clinical case, the thesis presents an overview of a clinical case involving the application of cognitive behavioral therapy for a case of depression. juvenile. juvenile.
