Firstly, this study systematizes some theoretical content regarding the working class, industrialization and modernization, some aspects of Phu Tho province, and the characteristics of industrialization and modernization in Phu Tho.
Secondly, this study analyzes the current state of changes in the working-class structure in Phu Tho province within the context of industrialization and modernization. It identifies limitations and proposes solutions to overcome these limitations in the working-class structure of Phu Tho province.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis clarifies the changes in the structure of the working class in Phu Tho province under the impact of industrialization and modernization. At the same time, it proposes measures to build a rational working-class structure in Phu Tho province that meets the requirements of industrialization and modernization.
