10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has reviewed the research on reception supervision activities in hotels based on the competencies of supervisors according to the 2017 national occupational standards. On that basis, the author conducted a survey and evaluated the factors affecting supervision activities in the reception department of Vinpearl Empire Condotel Nha Trang hotel. From the results of data analysis, the thesis proposed a number of solutions for supervisors, hotel managers and reception staff, in order to improve supervision activities in the reception department of Vinpearl Condotel Nha Trang hotel and 5-star hotels in Nha Trang city.
11. Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis are suggestions to help 5-star hotels in Nha Trang city to improve monitoring activities in the reception department.
