This thesis systematizes the theoretical basis of several concepts related to the topic "The current operational methods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union," and the work of youth and the organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union within the political system of our country.

Based on research into the current situation and operational methods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union during the 10th and 11th National Congresses of the Youth Union, i.e., from the beginning of 2012 to the present, this thesis identifies the characteristics, successes, and limitations of this content based on various survey sources. From this, it offers some suggestions for reforming the Youth Union's operational methods in the future.

By studying the current operational methods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, this thesis provides an overview of the current state of the Union's operational methods across various areas of its work and youth movements.
