The thesis systematizes the theoretical basis of some concepts related to the topic "Current operation methods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union". Youth work and organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in the political system in our country.

Based on the study of the current situation and the operation method of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union during the 10th and 11th National Congresses, that is, from the beginning of 2012 to the present, the thesis draws out the characteristics, successes and limitations of this content on the survey sources. From there, it gives some suggestions to innovate the operation method of the Union in the coming time.

Studying the current operation methods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the thesis provides an overview of the current operation methods of the Union in the fields and sectors of the Union's work and youth movements.
