The research topic is completely new, very necessary to research, becauseThe issue of university autonomy in Vietnamese electronic newspapers todayNo one has researched this topic yet, so this topic does not overlap with previous research topics. The topic has great practical significance for the communication work on higher education in Vietnamese electronic newspapers in the coming time.

The topic also recommends that electronic newspapers need to consistently communicate the Party and State's viewpoints on strengthening autonomy for higher education institutions. At the same time, improve the effectiveness of communication on university autonomy for electronic newspapers.

11. Practical applicability: Based on the synthesis, survey of electronic newspapers and actual surveys, the thesis points out some experiences in the process of writing news and articles for electronic newspapers. Thereby affirming the role of electronic newspapers, contributing to improving the quality of content and form of electronic newspapers when reflecting on the issue of university autonomy.
