The research topic is entirely new and urgently needs to be studied because...The issue of university autonomy in Vietnamese online newspapers today.No one has researched this topic before, therefore it does not overlap with any previously existing research topics. The topic has great practical significance for future communication work on higher education in Vietnamese online newspapers.
The topic also suggests that online newspapers need to consistently communicate the Party and State's views on strengthening the autonomy of higher education institutions. At the same time, it proposes improving the effectiveness of communication about university autonomy for online news outlets.
11. Practical Applications: Based on a synthesis and survey of online newspapers and practical observations, this thesis points out some experiences in the process of writing news articles for online newspapers. Through this, it affirms the role of online newspapers, contributing to improving the quality of content and format of online newspapers when reflecting on the issue of university autonomy.
The thesis also serves as a practical reference for managers, educators, journalists, and many other relevant stakeholders.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The research topic is completely new, very necessary, because the subject of university autonomy in Vietnam e-newspaper has not been studied yet, so this topic does not overlap with previous topics. The topic has great practical implications for the media on higher education in Vietnam e-newspaper in the near future.
The topic also proposes that e-newspapers should consistently communicate the views of the Party and State on increasing autonomy for higher education institutions. At the same time, improve the effectiveness of the media on university autonomy for e-newspaper units.
