10. Summary of the thesis results:
Local Television News Bulletin (Survey of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh Radio and Television Stations from October 2014 to April 2015) This is a pressing issue in the context of fierce competition among various media formats. Television creative activities in general, and the creation of news broadcasts in particular, are constantly facing pressure for innovation. While many studies have been conducted on television news broadcasts, no specific research has addressed the case of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh provinces. Using local television news broadcasts as the research subject, the author selected a sample of news broadcasts from Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh provinces from October 2014 to April 2015. Based on general theories of television journalism, the author employed specific research methods to complete this thesis. Through this, the author proposes scientifically-based solutions to ensure that local television news broadcasts develop in line with the modern media context while also harmonizing with local characteristics. This thesis is valuable as a theoretical reference and a practical guide for the field of television in general and local television in particular.
Besides the Introduction, Conclusion, References, and Appendix, the thesis is structured into three chapters. Specifically, they are as follows:
Chapter 1:This chapter addresses several theoretical issues concerning local television news broadcasts. In this chapter, the author systematizes general issues related to television journalism and local television, specifically: conceptual tools relevant to the research topic, the position and role of local radio and television stations and local television news broadcasts, and the basic general requirements for local television news broadcasts. This forms an important theoretical framework for the author's practical examination of local television news broadcasts in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2: Assessing the Current Quality of Local Television News Bulletins.This chapter addresses the following key issues: an overview of local radio and television stations, the Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh television news bulletins, an assessment of the current state of local news bulletins from various perspectives and aspects, and a clear identification of the advantages, limitations, and factors affecting the quality of news bulletins in the surveyed localities. This forms the basis for the author's proposed solutions and applications for improving the quality of local television news bulletins.
Chapter 3:This chapter examines the theoretical and practical requirements for innovating local television news broadcasts, proposing specific solutions to improve the quality of television news broadcasts, tailored to the capabilities of local radio and television stations.

This topic further affirms the important role and position of local television news bulletins in the Vietnamese broadcasting system.
Based on research findings from both theory and practice, this thesis will serve as a useful reference for teaching, management, editing, and production of television news bulletins. It is an important resource for leaders of local radio and television stations in improving the quality of television news bulletins, especially during the period when local stations are rebuilding their program frameworks, broadcasting via satellite, and implementing the digitalization roadmap. Local television news broadcasters will gain additional operational principles and creative approaches to television programs, effectively serving local propaganda efforts.

The thesis topic opens up new perspectives and many in-depth research directions such as: the methods of organizing the production of television news bulletins, the work of local television reporters in the context of modern media, issues related to local journalism, television news, and journalism in the context of preserving local identity.

10. Summary of the thesis:
News in local television (Survey on radio and television broadcasting stations, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh) is a subject that is urgently needed in the context of fierce competition among media types. Creativity in television programs in general, and creativity in Television News programs in particular are always facing with innovation pressure.
There have been many studies on television news programs, however, there has not yet been any study for the specific cases of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh provinces. Targeted at News on local television, the author selected the News on Televisions of Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces, those were broadcasted from October, 2014 to April, 2015. Based on the general theory of television journalism, the author used specific research methods to carry out the thesis, therefore, proposed scientific solutions so that the News on local Televisions can develop in line with the current communication context while in harmony with local nature. The thesis has a referential value theoretical and creative value practical in the field of television in general and local television in particular.
Apart from Introduction, Conclusion, References, Appendix, the thesis is structured in 3 chapters, as follows:
Chapter 1:Some theoretical issues about News on local television. In this chapter, the author has systematized the common problems about television journalism and local television, specifying: engine concepts related to research, the position and role of local Broadcasting Agency and News on local Televisions, general and basic requirements for the local television News Reports. This is an important theoretical framework for the author to investigate actual practices of News on local Television in the Chapter 2.
Chapter 2:Current situation of News on local television. Within this chapter, the author has codified the following basic issues: Overview of local Televisions, the News on local Televisions of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh provinces, evaluating the current situation of the News on local television from different perspectives, from different aspects, pointing out strengths and weaknesses as well as their respective causes affecting the quality of News reports in the evaluated local Televisions. This is an important foundation for the author to propose solutions and applications for innovative News Programs with improved quality on local TVs.
Chapter 3:Solutionsfor innovation in News on local Television. In this Chapter, the author researches the theoretical and practical requirements in renewing of News on local televisions, suggesting specific solutions for an improved qualified TV News, in line with capacity of local Radio and Televisions.
11. The applicability in practice:
This thesis continues to confirm the important position and role of the local television news reports in Vietnam Broadcasting System.
With the findings derived from the theoretical and practical research, the thesis will be a useful reference for teaching activities, operations management, editing, organizing of Television News production. It is an important reference document for the leaders of Radio and Televisions to look at for a better quality of TV News reports, especially in the period when local TV stations are reforming program framework, broadcasting on satellite and undergoing digital roadmap. Local Television News producers shall be enriched with more operational principles to produce, create television works, better serving communication in the localities.

Thesis theme suggests new approaches, more in-depth research directions, such as: different ways of organizing of TV News production, operation of local television reporters in the context of modern communication, issues related to local media; Television news and newspapers with preservation of local identity.
