- To draw conclusions about the effectiveness of Korean non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Vietnam, and subsequently propose recommendations to enhance the role of Korean NGOs in Vietnam in the future, while also drawing lessons and experiences for Vietnamese NGOs.

In summary, this thesis provides a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the activities of Korean non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Vietnam; it highlights and deeply analyzes the achievements made during the operation of these organizations in order to offer objective and practical assessments of the role and positive contributions of Korean NGOs to poverty reduction and socio-economic development in Vietnam during the period 2003-2013.
