10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis focuses on research and gives some basic results as follows:
In chapter 1, the author of the thesis raises the concept of culture, cultural life of Vietnamese workers, presents the viewpoints of the Party and State on the issue of building cultural life of workers in electronic newspapers. The goals, criteria, forms, information processes of electronic newspapers in the work of informing about the issue of building cultural life of workers as well as the criteria for evaluating a journalistic work written about the cultural life of workers.
In chapter 2, we have briefly introduced the three newspapers that the thesis limited the survey to: Lao Dong Online Newspaper, Nguoi Lao Dong Online Newspaper, Lao Dong Thu Do Online Newspaper. Based on the synthesis of news articles, special pages, and columns in the above newspapers, the thesis surveys and evaluates the content and form of information reflecting the issue of building cultural life for workers from September 2014 to February 2015. From there, the most general comments on the effectiveness of this information in the press are given.
In chapter 3, based on the study of practical experience in directing and organizing the team of reporters, editors, collaborators and the information methods of reporters and journalists on the issue of cultural life of workers... the author of the thesis gives comments on the limitations, the causes of these limitations as well as lessons learned. From there, the author proposes a number of solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of information on the cultural life of Vietnamese workers in the press in general and electronic newspapers in particular.
11. Practical application:
Through specific research on articles in the electronic newspapers Lao Dong Online, Nguoi Lao Dong Online, Lao Dong Thu Do Online as well as interviews with readers to have practical suggestions to improve the quality of communication activities on the cultural life of workers as well as improve the effectiveness of cultural communication on mass media.

If possible, this thesis can also suggest many more in-depth research directions on electronic newspapers with the construction of the cultural life of Vietnamese workers: For example, on visual language, on non-textual elements, on the application of social networks in articles on electronic newspapers about the cultural life of workers...

The thesis focuses on research and some basic findings are as follows:
In chapter one - In the first chapter, the author of the essay brings in the determination of culture, cultural lives of Vietnamese employees, brings in the opinion of the party and the country about building culture lives for employees on e-journal. The target, norm, form, information process of e-journal in the information work about this problem is also a norm to estimate a paper which writes about the emloyees's cultural lives.
In Chapter 2, we briefly introduce the three reports that examine these limits: Labor Newspaper online, Laborer newspaper online, the capital of Labor reported online. Based on aggregated news articles, specialized pages, categories on the newspaper, go to survey essays, reviews the content and form of the information reflected on the issue of construction of the cultural life of workers from month to month February 2015 September 2014. From there, make the most general observations on the effectiveness of this information in the press.
In Chapter 3, on the basis of practical experience to learn in directing and organizing staff of reporters, editors, collaborators and method information to reporters, journalists on the issue of cultural life of workers ... theses authors make comments about the limitations, the cause of these restrictions, as well as lessons learned. If possible, from this thesis can also raise some further research on electronic media with the construction of the cultural life of Vietnam workers: for example, the visual language, the non-writing elements, social networking applications in the electronic newspaper article about the cultural life of the workers ....
