The thesis has studied the system of legal regulations in Vietnamese legal documents related to the management and use of electronic documents, electronic document storage; the practice of law-making on the management and use of electronic documents in management activities. On that basis, the author suggests a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of the work of developing legal documents on the management of electronic documents, contributing to the gradual completion of the system of legal documents in this field.
11. Practical application:
The topic has systematized the Party's guidelines and the State's regulations on electronic documents and electronic document storage, pointed out the limitations and inadequacies in the legal regulations on electronic document management and recommended solutions to contribute to the improvement of VBQP in this field. In addition, this research work can be used as a reference document to help students majoring in Archival Studies study and research.
