Chapter 1: Theoretical basis of office work organization

In this chapter, we will study the general theory of office work organization, the concept of office work organization and related concepts; study the role, content and current regulations on office work. This is an important chapter, both introductory and affirming the position and role of office work organization and providing premises as a basis for comparison with the current situation of office work organization which will be reflected in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Organizing office work at Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center

We outline the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center with the following contents: History of formation and development, organizational structure, functions, tasks and powers; introduction to the Administration, Organization and Investment Promotion Department, highlighting the specificity of the organizational structure, functions and tasks of the Center. With the information collected, we focus on describing the current situation of office organization including the organization of the apparatus and office personnel; organization of consulting and synthesis work; organization of internal, external and communication activities; organization of document and archive work; organization of logistics work; organization of inspection and evaluation of office work. In particular, we clearly state the differences in the organization of office work of a specific unit.

Chapter 3: Some solutions to improve the efficiency of office organization at the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong city

Based on the analysis of the current situation in Chapter 2, in this chapter we point out the limitations and the basic causes of the limitations of the organization of office work at the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center. On that basis, the author builds scientific and effective solutions to overcome the limitations, improve the quality and effectiveness of office work organization to best serve the activities of the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center.

The research results of the topic are applied to the organization of office work at the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City, contributing to improving the quality of office work organization activities in the coming time. This chapter is significant, which orients and affirms the position and the role of office work organization how to make recommendations as base compared to the status of office work organization that will be mentioned in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Office management in the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City

We outline the investment promotion center of Hai Phong City with such content as: History of formation and development, organizational structure, functions, duties and powers; Introduction to administrative offices, organizations and investment promotion highlighting the peculiarities of organizational structure and functions and tasks of the center. With the information we gather, we focus on describing the actuality of office management including the organization of the office and personnel; Organizing the work of staff, general; Organization of domestic, external and communications activities; Organize literary work, storage; Logistics organization; Organizing inspection and evaluation of office work in which we state the differences in the organization of the office of a specific unit.

Chapter 3: Some solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness of office work in Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center

Based on the analysis of the situation in Chapter 2, in this chapter we outline the limitations and the underlying cause of the limitations of office management at the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City. On the basis which the author builds solutions in a scientific and effective way to overcome the limitations, improve the quality and effectiveness of organizational work best serving for the operation of the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City.
