The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1: Theoretical Foundations of Office Organization

In this chapter, we will explore the general theory of office organization, the concept of office organization and related concepts; and examine the role, content, and current regulations regarding office work. This chapter is of significant importance, serving both as an introduction and as a way to affirm the position and role of office organization, providing premises for comparison with the current state of office organization that will be reflected in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Office Organization at the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center

We provide an overview of the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center, including its history and development, organizational structure, functions, duties, and powers. We introduce the Administration, Organization, and Investment Promotion Department, highlighting the unique organizational structure and functions of the Center. Based on the information gathered, we focus on describing the current state of office organization, including the organizational structure and personnel; advisory and general affairs; internal and external relations and communication; document management and archiving; logistics; and the organization of office work inspection and evaluation. In particular, we clearly highlight the distinctive features of the office organization of this unique unit.

Chapter 3: Some solutions to improve the efficiency of office work organization at the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center

Based on the analysis of the current situation in Chapter 2, this chapter outlines the limitations and fundamental causes of these limitations in the organization of office work at the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center. Based on this, the author develops scientific and effective solutions to overcome these limitations, improve the quality and efficiency of office work organization, and best serve the activities of the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center.

The research findings of this project will be applied to the organization of office work at the Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center, contributing to improving the quality of office work in the future. At the same time, the research on office work organization will help agencies and organizations in provinces and cities that are adjusting their organizational structure or preparing to establish themselves according to this specific model to have more theoretical and practical basis for organizing office work scientifically and rationally.

Chapter 1: The theoretical basis of office work organization

In this chapter, we are going to examine the general reasoning of office work organization, the concept of organizing office work and related concepts; learn about the current roles, content and regulations on office work. This chapter is significant, which orients and affirms the position and the role of office work organization how to make recommendations as base compared to the status of office work organization that will be mentioned in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Office management in the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City

We outline the investment promotion center of Hai Phong City with such content as: History of formation and development, organizational structure, functions, duties and powers; Introduction to administrative offices, organizations and investment promotion highlighting the peculiarities of organizational structure and functions and tasks of the center. With the information we gather, we focus on describing the actuality of office management including the organization of the office and personnel; Organizing the work of staff, general; Organization of domestic, external and communications activities; Organize literary work, storage; Logistics organization; Organizing inspection and evaluation of office work in which we state the differences in the organization of the office of a specific unit.

Chapter 3: Some solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness of office work in Hai Phong City Investment Promotion Center

Based on the analysis of the situation in Chapter 2, in this chapter we outline the limitations and the underlying cause of the limitations of office management at the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City. On the basis which the author builds solutions in a scientific and effective way to overcome the limitations, improve the quality and effectiveness of organizational work best serving for the operation of the Investment Promotion Center of Hai Phong City.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The results of research on the subject are applied to the office of the investment promotion in Hai Phong City center contributing to improving the quality of activities of office work in the coming time. At the same time, the study office management will help the agencies, organizations of the provinces and cities which wish to adjust the organizational structure or make preparation of establishing according to this specific model to have more theoretical and practical basis to be able to organize scientific and reasonable office work.
