10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis delves into an analysis of Russia's economic reform policies under the leadership of Presidents V. Putin and D. Medvedev during the period 2000-2012. Based on this analysis, the thesis assesses the achievements and limitations of economic reforms in the Russian Federation during this period.

Research results show that economic reform policies, tailored to the country's situation and coupled with objective advantages, have given Russia a new position and strength on the international stage, a far cry from the image of a crisis-ridden, backward Russia in the late 20th century, after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Thanks to these radical reform policies, Russia also successfully weathered the global financial crisis that occurred at the end of 2008.

Based on the research findings, this thesis outlines some of the impacts of economic reforms in the Russian Federation on Vietnam.

11. Practical applications: This thesis contributes to providing basic information and can be used as a reference source on the economic situation of Russia during the period 2000-2012. At the same time, the thesis also offers some suggestions to promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis makes in - depth analysis of the economic reform in Rusia under the leadership of President V.Putin and President D.Medvedev from 2000 to 2012. Based on that, the thesis assesses the achievements and limitations of the economic reform in the Rusia Federation during this period.

The findings of the thesis show that, the economic policy reforms which were consistent with the situation of the country coupled with favorable objectives have brought Russia new power and strength in the international arena in the late twentieth century, after the Soviet Union disintegrated. Also thanks to drastic policy reforms, Rusia was able to overcome the global financial crisis occurring in late 2008.

From the findings, the thesis outlines the effects of economic reform in Rusia on Vietnam.
