The thesis analyzes the theoretical basis: Researching the concepts of trademarks and trade names; protection conditions, differences and relationships between trademarks and trade names; subjects of intellectual property rights of trademarks and trade names; trademark and trade name databases, trademark and trade name management activities, trademark and trade name information criteria, and technological criteria to link trademark and trade name information sources.

Conducting field surveys to collect data according to reports on the current status of management and enforcement of intellectual property rights; the current status of information systems and human resource infrastructure, equipment, trademark and trade name database systems at functional units in the province: Department of Science and Technology, Department of Planning and Investment, District/City Finance and Planning Department. - The solution to build an electronic information page to provide information for the management of trademarks and trade names in Bac Lieu province, ensuring the criteria for linking information sources is: Proposing the agency responsible for building and operating the electronic information page, the agencies coordinating to build and operate the electronic information page, the coordination method, the procedures and access rights, use of information of each type of subject, the main content of the items, the funding source to build and maintain the electronic information page.
