Based on the research and systematization of issues on the relationship between the quality of employee performance evaluation and the 360-degree evaluation method, the thesis surveys the actual performance evaluation of employees at Merap Group Joint Stock Company - a case study at Pha Nam Hanoi Pharmaceutical Company Limited through the application of the 360-degree evaluation method and proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of employee performance evaluation of the company.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis provide a more general and specific view of the 360-degree evaluation method in evaluating the performance of employees. On the one hand, the research results and recommendations will be suggestions for employees of Pha Nam Hanoi Pharmaceutical Company Limited as well as Merap Group Joint Stock Company to better evaluate the performance of employees through the application of the 360-degree evaluation method. On the other hand, this research result also opens up new suggestions for businesses and organizations to choose the evaluation method in evaluating the performance of their employees.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: Based on research, codifying theoretical issues about the relationship between the quality of work performance appraisal and 360-degree feedback, the research implements the real survey about the performance appraisal of Merap group corporation joint stock company's employees- a case study in Pha Nam Hanoi Pharmaceutical limited liability company through the application of 360-degree evaluation method as well as proposes some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the performance appraisal.
