Based on research and systematization of issues concerning the relationship between the quality of employee performance evaluation and the 360-degree evaluation method, this thesis surveys the practical implementation of employee performance evaluation at Merap Group Joint Stock Company – a case study at Pha Nam Hanoi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. through the application of the 360-degree evaluation method – and proposes several solutions to improve the quality of employee performance evaluation at the company.

The research findings of this thesis provide a more comprehensive and specific overview of the 360-degree evaluation method in employee performance assessment. On the one hand, the research results and recommendations will serve as suggestions for employees of Pha Nam Hanoi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Merap Group Joint Stock Company to further improve their performance evaluation through the application of the 360-degree evaluation method. On the other hand, these research results also offer new suggestions for businesses and organizations to choose evaluation methods for their employees' performance.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: Based on research, codifying theoretical issues about the relationship between the quality of work performance appraisal and 360-degree feedback, the research implements the real survey about the performance appraisal of Merap group corporation joint stock company's employees- a case study in Pha Nam Hanoi Pharmaceutical limited liability company through the application of 360-degree evaluation method as well as proposes some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the performance appraisal.
