10. Summary of the results of the thesis:
The thesis presents a number of theoretical and practical issues as well as discusses assessment methods and therapeutic interventions related to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
In chapter 2, by case framing, the author analyzed the client's problems in interpersonal relationships and proposed a psychotherapeutic intervention plan.
In the intervention section, the author describes in detail the steps in sequence, the therapeutic techniques used, and evaluates the effectiveness of the intervention. After the treatment period, the client had more positive changes in daily activities, could control obsessive thoughts, reduced many compulsive behaviors, and was no longer stressed and had feelings of discomfort and helplessness with unnecessary thoughts and behaviors. The general condition was much improved compared to before the intervention.
11. Practical application:
Currently, although intervention research for OCD patients is not yet popular, it also brings certain scientific and practical significance. The author's topic is meaningful in psychological therapy for OCD patients. In addition, the thesis also contributes to additional research in the direction of application, as reference material on the direction of intervention for clients with OCD.

- Expand the scope of research to further elucidate the relationship between factors other than therapeutic techniques (therapeutic relationship) on the effectiveness of psychotherapy for patients with OCD.
- Expand research to verify the reliability, validity and comprehensive adaptation of the OCD scale in the Vietnamese cultural context.

The thesis presents some of theoretical considerations and implementation as well as discussion on methodological evaluation about Ob image processing (OCD).
In the chapter 2, with the case formation, the author has analyzed the client's problems and the plan of the intervention. Author has described the steps of the intervention and the used psychotherapy technics. After main stages of the intervention, some remarked results have been reached. General client status has been improved more then before.

Currently, the study of interventions for OCD patients is not yet common but also gives a certain meaning in science and in practical application. The topic of the author is significant in the psychological treatment of patients with OCD.
