The thesis presents the overview and the relationship of the cyber-space and the Fourth Industry Revolution (Industrie 4.0), presents the reality of the cyber attacks and the cyber-security definition. Moreover, the thesis considers the international cooperation in cyber-security as well as the experiences of some countries in cyber-security management. Finally, to have the suitable recommendation with the reality of Vietnam, the thesis systemizes the orientation of the Vietnamese Communist Party, the legal system of Vietnam in cyber-security.
