The results of the thesis are presented in 3 chapters, with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1. The necessity of establishing criteria for evaluating the professionalism of staff in the Ministry of National Defence's office..

This chapter clarifies the concepts of: office, staff, office personnel, professionalism, evaluation criteria, etc.; analyzes the requirements for staff and office personnel of the Ministry of National Defense during the period of reform and integration; and, based on that, analyzes the necessity of developing criteria for evaluating the professionalism of staff and office personnel of the Ministry of National Defense.

Chapter 2. Developing criteria for evaluating the professionalism of officers and staff at the Office of the Ministry of National Defense.

In this chapter, we present a methodology for constructing and proposing several criteria for evaluating the professional competence of officers and staff in the Ministry of National Defense's office, including: training relevant to assigned tasks; mastery of professional skills and expertise; adherence to regulations, rules, and working procedures of the Ministry of National Defense and its agencies; proficiency in skills; and appropriate conduct within the agency.

Chapter 3.Survey assessing the professionalism of officers and staff of the Ministry of National Defence Office.

Based on the results of Chapter 2, this thesis applies criteria to survey and evaluate the professionalism of officers and staff of the Ministry of National Defense Office. Through the survey results, we draw conclusions and assessments, and propose some solutions to improve the professionalism of officers and staff of the Ministry of National Defense Office.

12. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis provide a scientific basis for the Office of the Ministry of National Defense to enhance the professionalism of its officers and staff, and also serve as a reference document for other agencies and units.

13. Future research directions: Continue researching measures to enhance the professionalism of officers and staff of the Ministry of National Defense Office.
