10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on clarifying general theoretical issues and basic concepts regarding the Party's ideological work, the content of the renewal of ideological work of the Communist Party of Vietnam and of Nam Tu Liem district; assessing the current situation, lessons learned, and issues arising in the renewal of ideological work of the district Party committee; and on that basis, proposing some solutions to renew the ideological work of the Nam Tu Liem district Party committee in the new era.

11. Practical applications:

The results of this thesis provide data and documents for grassroots Party organizations under the Nam Tu Liem District Party Committee regarding the current state of ideological work reform within the district's Party organization. The thesis also proposes several solutions to further reform the ideological work of the Nam Tu Liem District Party Committee in the future.

This thesis can be used as a reference document for research, teaching, and learning at the District Political Training Center and the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
