Evaluation of service quality of tour guides at Sa Pa. Basically, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:
Firstly, a theoretical overview of the quality of on-site tour guides in Sa Pa and the criteria for assessing the quality as well as the requirements for on-site tour guides in Sa Pa, thereby improving the quality of tourism in general as well as the quality of on-site tour guides in particular.
Second, the thesis analyzed and evaluated the current status of service quality of tour guides at tourist destinations in Sa Pa, drew out the advantages and difficulties, evaluated the service quality of tour guides at tourist destinations in Sa Pa, thereby proposing solutions to develop and gradually improve the service quality of tour guides at tourist destinations suitable for the locality.
