Evaluating the quality of service provided by tour guides at tourist destinations in Sa Pa. Essentially, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:
Firstly, this study provides a theoretical overview of the quality of local tour guides in Sa Pa, along with criteria for evaluating their quality and the necessary requirements for such guides. This aims to improve the overall quality of tourism, as well as the quality of local tour guides in particular.
Secondly, the thesis analyzed and evaluated the current state of service quality of tour guides at tourist destinations in Sa Pa, identifying advantages and disadvantages, and assessing the quality of service provided by tour guides at these destinations. From this, it proposed solutions for developing and gradually improving the service quality of tour guides at these destinations, tailored to the local context.
Thirdly, the thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of service provided by tour guides at tourist destinations in Sa Pa in the future.
