This study systematizes the theoretical framework regarding Party members, the Party's work in developing Party members in general and among ethnic minority communities in particular; presents effective models and innovative approaches for other local Party committees to refer to and apply; identifies and synthesizes some subjective and objective causes affecting Party development work in ethnic minority areas; assesses the current state of Party member development work in Tan Lac District Party Committee, Hoa Binh Province; and proposes some specific solutions for developing Party members among ethnic minority communities in Tan Lac District, Hoa Binh Province in the coming years.
11. Practical applications:
This research contributes to helping the Party Committee and Government of Tan Lac district in particular, and Hoa Binh province in general, to refer to, research, and propose better directions and solutions in developing the Party membership, meeting the political tasks of the locality in the coming years. At the same time, the research also provides valuable lessons and solutions for other local Party committees to refer to and apply, contributing to building a stronger Party, continuing to lead the country's development, maintaining independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity with the goal of: "A prosperous people, a strong nation, democracy, fairness, and civilization."
