I approach the thesis topic from the perspective of International Politics under the perspective of many theoretical models (realism, liberalism, soft power theory, sea power theory). The thesis delves into China's foreign policy strategy, applying many important theoretical systems on international relations, thereby seeing specific and clear perspectives on China's strategy and behavior in the role of an emerging power. At the same time, the thesis also provides scientific analysis and assessment of the general political security situation in the Asia-Pacific region in general, Southeast Asia in particular, China's strategy and tactics in this region as well as the reactions of some powerful entities to that strategy.
11. Practical application:
The initial research of the thesis can be used as reference material for research in the field of Political Science, International Politics, International Relations and Foreign Policy of countries. In addition, the topic also provides information on China's foreign relations and strategies, contributing to raising public awareness and understanding of China's actions in the region.
With the rise and continuous growth of China, as a Southeast Asian country, Vietnam needs to conduct forecast research to promptly respond to the ongoing trends and have appropriate strategic responses to the trends of international relations and the situation in the Asian region.
