From there, hotels and restaurants have appropriate policies to improve service quality to better serve customers, to attract and retain customers. Basically, the thesis has achieved the following main research results:
- Firstly, the topic has systematized theoretical issues about restaurants, food and beverage business in restaurants and hotels,Quality of food service in restaurants and hotels, tourist satisfaction with food service in restaurants and hotels.
