10. Summary of the thesis results:
Social critique is a major issue for the Party, the State, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front. It is directly related to promoting the role of the people as masters in the cause of building and defending the socialist Fatherland, and achieving the goal of a prosperous people, a strong nation, and a just, democratic, and civilized society. The contents presented in this thesis address fundamental and urgent issues for the Fatherland Front in fulfilling its function of social critique. Although the issue is very important, it is only one aspect of the study of the Fatherland Front's participation in the democratization of social life in our country. The research results have only been partially verified in the practical activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the district level in Dong Da district and require further testing. Therefore, social critique will also be a topic requiring further research from various perspectives and with regard to other socio-political entities in our country today.
11. Practical applications:
Despite its limitations, Dong Da District has gradually implemented the merger plan to improve its local administrative structure. Therefore, the research results of this thesis will contribute to helping wards and communes in Hanoi in particular, and the whole country in general, to refer to, study, and propose better directions and solutions in promoting the role of social criticism. In addition, the thesis also serves as a reference document for research and training. It can be said that social criticism activities have been and are being seriously and synchronously directed and implemented from the central to local levels. The implementation of social criticism is being carried out at all levels, sectors, and throughout the entire political system. Therefore, applying this thesis as a reference for other localities is quite convenient because they are similar to Dong Da District in terms of their administrative structure and political system. They are all decentralized from district (county) to ward (commune), residential areas, and neighborhood groups. When the Vietnam Fatherland Front effectively carries out social criticism, it contributes to building the Party and the government at the grassroots level. It helps to limit conflicts, prolonged disputes, and internal disunity. This is precisely how the role of social criticism by the grassroots-level Vietnam Fatherland Front organizations in Dong Da district is being promoted.

Social criticism is a big issue for the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front. It directly relates to promoting the mastery role of all classes of people in building and defending the Socialist Fatherland, implementing the goal of the rich people, the strong country, a fair, democratic and civilized society. The contents presented in the thesis are fundamental and urgent issues of the Fatherland Front in the implementation of the social criticism function. Although the issue is very important, it is only one content to study the Front's participation in the democratization of social life in our country. The research results have only been partially verified in the practical activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Dong Da district and it takes further time to experiment. Therefore, social criticism activities will also be the subject to continue to be studied at many different levels and for other political and social subjects in our country in the current period.

It can be said that social criticism activities have been directed and performed strictly and synchronously from the central to local levels. The implementation of social criticism is being carried out at all levels, sectors and the political system. Therefore, the application of this thesis as a reference for localities is quite convenient because they are similar to Dong Da district in terms of mechanism, political system which are all decentralized from district to ward (commune), residential areas and groups. The Fatherland Front performs social criticism well is building the Party and government right from the groundswell level. Limit arising conflicts, protracted complaints, internal disunity. That is to promote the role of social criticism of grassroots Fatherland Front agencies in Dong Da district.
